  1. Dawn's Night (Do you think it should be Knight or Night?) Dawn laces her sunshine fingers with the shadows of Night Night stares at Dawn before he slips away Two separated parts of one whole Night is scared And doubtful Yet mysterious Beautiful Charming Dawn is comforting And joyful Yet shy Cautious Closed Every morning Dawn leads the sun into the day And for one glorious moment Dawn and Night can embrace Their tears form dew drops That brings glistening hope to every morning
  2. I agree with with you Ayn Rand fans. I'll see what I can work into the first one to make it better. (To be continued)
  3. I fixed it, plz post more feedback. I want to read it infront of A LOT of people. Dawn’s Night By Samantha Night and Dawn are Two lovers Struggling to oppose daily destiny Night scatters nectar dew drops For Dawn to drink Dawn gently Laces her fingers in Night’s shadowed locks Before he slips away Two star crossed lovers Denied by the rising sun Their tragedy carves a river of hope Its babble trickles past my ear Every morning And I think Today is the first day of the rest of my life
  4. The Dawn gently laces her fingers with the shadows of Night Night recedes He gazes at Dawn for as long as daily destiny permits Two separated parts of one whole The shadows, fears, and doubts of Night are banished by morning Hope is as fresh as the dew Night left for Dawn to drink Maybe one twilight hopeful Dawn and fearful Night can embrace Today is the first day of the rest of my life I came up with it ten minutes ago. Your constructive criticism is much needed. Thank you!
  5. Introduction

Wow, thank you! I'm so glad to be here.
  6. Hello! I'm Sam, I am fifteen years old. I suppose I could be called a born and raised Objectivist. Everything I learned about Objectivism came from my father who wrote Aristotle Reaction which can be read on this website. The only Ayn Rand book I've read is Anthem, but I'm eager for more. Writing is my passion; I can't wait to come up with something worth posting on this forum. I'm so happy to be around people who share the same views I do, because nobody I know has a clue what I'm talking about when I try to explain the fundamentals of Objectivism.
  7. Death Note

Death Note is my second favorite manga, I've been reading it for the last couple months. I find it exciting and the whole time you're asking yourself 'Who is evil' Great recommendation!
  8. Ayn Rand in the comics

Hahaha I can see how someone my age would think of an Ayn Rand book that way. It's tough trying to find the meaning of life and attend high school.
  9. Question about Anthem

I think that liberty 5-3000 was always hurt by the higher-ups because she was more beautiful than her 'sisters', like when equality 7-2521 was abused for being smarter than all his 'brothers'. When liberty 5-3000 was told she was more beautiful than her sisters she was triumphant of the fact that she was more beautiful than those who called her ugly for being pretty. I hope that made sense.
