Posted 24 Apr 2009 · Report post Climate Depot is reporting that an invitation by the Subcommittee on Energy and Environment to Lord Christopher Monckton, who arrived in Washington on Thursday, April 23, for an appearance today before the committee in which he was to challenge face-to-face former Vice President Al Gore, was rescinded at the last minute. According to Lord Monckton:“The House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face,” Monckton told Climate Depot in an exclusive interview. “They are cowards.”Read the whole thing here.
