Posted 30 Jun 2009 · Report post Rep. McClintock of California (Republican) delivered what I vew as an excellent Special Order speech from the floor of the House on Friday evening, June 26. Excellent for its precision and the conciseness of its language. My one disagreement is with Rep. McClintock' suggestion that this matter transcends what he refers to as "ideology": as the passage of the odious bill by the House was the consequence of the adherence to an erroneous ideology, its defeat in the Senate must, conversely, be firmly rooted in the proper ideological soil.June 26, 2009 Special Order Speech by Tom McClintock

Posted 30 Jun 2009 · Report post In fact, every human being produces 2.2 pounds of carbon dioxide every day – just by breathing. How can anyone with a brain not see that the attack on carbon dioxide is an attack on life itself. Posted 3 Jul 2009 · Report post Good commentary. I just wrote an email to one of my Congressmen (a Democrat) who voted in favor of the legislation, asking him to reconsider when the bill comes back around. Also going to write one of the Republicans who failed to show for the vote to ask him to not miss the next one...Rep.
