It seems to me that perhaps in both cases the intensity of romantic love can be the same, even though they arise from different romantic contexts, and from different levels of experience in one's life. Posted 9 Aug 2010 · Report post I'm personally not involved in an open marriage, but was trying to make a case for it with this. I think you might have missed the point I was trying to go for and that is true love can never be diminished by falling in love with another. I don't know. I may have missed the boat with this one.
