"Paul Rand (born Peretz Rosenbaum, (August 15, 1914 — November 26, 1996) was an American graphic designer, best known for his corporate logo designs, including the logos for IBM, UPS, Enron, Westinghouse, ABC, and Steve Jobs’ NeXT. He was one of the originators of the Swiss Style of graphic design."

Here is another Rosenbaum who adopted the "Rand" as his nom de plume. Could it be just a coincidence or there is family or other connection to Ayn Rand? I'd like to know your opinion.

In a case like this, the only opinion that would matter would be one from someone who knows. Email Jeff Britting at the Ayn Rand Archives and let us know what he says.
