Yep, it took a while to get it from Hi8 to DVD to MPEG to iMovie to YouTube, but I finally managed it.

Here's the breakdown:

Why small nations can be wealthier than large ones. (1:38)

Why we're the fattest people in history. (2:30)

Why conservatives can be knuckleheads. (2:59)

Why we should boycott China. (3:36)

Why Ayn Rand opposed Libertarianism. (5:18)

Why we're not running out of resources. (7:29)

And finally...a leftist making a fool of himself. (8:58)

I couldn't help noticing that "a leftist making a fool of himself" is the longest segment.

Hehe no, 8:58 is the point in the video when it starts. He only blabbered on for like a minute. Everyone made fun of him after he left :)

Well then, that explains my initial confusion about the length of the video (9:29) :):D:D

But having seen a number of recordings of Objectivist lectures given at ARI or universities, with question periods at the end -- I guess that a lengthy attack by a leftist to finish it off seemed like pretty normal fare to me. It is truly phenomenal how long some of them can run on, pretending that they have a question to ask, when really all they're doing is ranting.

The words intercut with the video reminded me of Star Wars.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
