I have never actually seen her perform; she is quite lovely. The ending notes were exquisite. YouTube sure is becoming a popular source for entertainment and the arts. The only recent performance of Miss Battle that I've heard was a "pirate" video of a concert she gave in New Jersey a couple of years ago in which she sang one of her signature arias, O Luce di Quest'Anima from Linda di Chamounix, quite magnificently as it turns out. Although the voice had lost some of the youthful radiance and shimmer for which she was justly famous (Miss Battle is close to 60 now), it was still lovely.
