I was testing a couple of things. First, whether italics could be used in the title of a post. The answer to that is no.

Also, I was testing the (new to me) 'acronym' function which is the last entry in the BB code Help list. In brackets (I'll use squiggly ones so that it doesn't work) you enter

{acronym='Ayn Rand Institute'}ARI{/acronym}

In the text, all you'd see is ARI, but if you hover your mouse over the acronym, a little box will show what the acronym stands for.
