Posted 24 Jun 2008 · Report post I can't make it, but please report back on the lectures. I'd be very interested to read what was said.
Posted 24 Jun 2008 · Report post I really wanted to go when it was in Colorado (my budget says I must be VERY choosy). The setting really seemed reminiscent of "Galt's Gulch" and I was excited at the prospect of seeing it. Unfortunately Santa Barbara didn't have the same all around appeal for a vacation, so I scheduled other things this summer. But I look forward to some first hand accounts of the great lectures that will take place in Santa Barbara, especially the one by Shoshana Milgram. She and Richard Salsman are definitely on my list of people that I am going to meet.I hope you have a good time, Ms. Speicher!

Posted 24 Jun 2008 · Report post Well, as I live down the street (literally!) from the venue, I'll be stopping by in the evenings and weekend days, but I'm not planning on attending lectures this time.
