The underlying question is -- is rationalism compatible with Objectivism. Objectivism deals with a lot more than just logic and syllogisms, but the logical part of Objectivism takes into great consideration observation, and induction, while putting deductions in a secondary place. Bertrand Russell and Gottlieb Frege were well known proponents. Ayn Rand did not formulate a philosophy of mathematics, which is a specialized branch of philosophy rerquiring specialized technical knowledge not necessary for general philosophy. She did, however, have a lot of good insights on applying her theory of concepts to basic ideas of mathematics in her Introduction to Objectivist Epistemology, including the appendix on her workshops on the original book. She completely rejected Bertrand Russell's notions of number, which are completely incompatible with Russell and Logicism. For some discussion on this topic on the Forum start here.
