They are haters and they hate our liberties most of all. The party of Henry "Scoop" Jackson and Joe Lieberman has been stolen by the Michael Moores, the Pelosis, and the Alex Baldwins of the world (forgive the synecdoche, pray do).The G.O.P. has its problems, make no mistake about that. Years and years ago they sold out to the Statist mindset. Even so, Republicans are more straightforward and less hypocritical than their Democrat counterparts. Still it is no longer the party of Barry Goldwater and Robert Taft. Still, I am not going to vote for McCain and surely I will not vote for Obama. I am thoroughly disgusted with the entire bunch. I have not been a happy scout since Barry Goldwater was skunked in 1964. Since then I have not voted for a major party candidate.This election I am thinking seriously of writing in C'thulu for President. Bush, now finding the McCain/Palin ticket not only tolerable but even exciting. And it deals with more than that she's a woman, because they find this to be a pro-American camp while finding Obama's camp suspicious and corrupt. Who would've thought!
