In a world where the terrible "Hockey Stick" temperature reconstruction remains popular, it is always refreshing to hear that scientists are still doing real research towards understanding the Earth's always changing climate.

Here is an interesting and short account of how oxygen isotope ratios taken from a stalagmite in a cave in China were used to create a temperature reconstruction for the past 1800 years!

Unlike the infamous hockey stick graph, the researchers found that it was in fact warmer during the Medieval Warm Period than today, and they also found that the temperature changes correlated with solar variability (imagine that).

I would also recommend that you, the reader, consider donating money to CO2 Science, as they are a much needed source of rationality in a world gone mad over "Global Warming".

I honestly think Environmentalism has eclipsed Islam as being the chief threat towards freedom in America and the West in general, and the threat is extra grim now that Obama is in power and has appointed Carol Browner (a member of the Socialist International's Commission and longest running chairmen of the Environmental Protection Agency) to the position of "Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change".

If we don't fight this filth parading as science now, then tomorrow we may all wake up in a world where we must ask permission to drive our cars, heat our homes, or live life. These environmentalist thugs are explicit in their desire to force us to use pipedream alternate energy sources like solar or wind energy in order to end our "addiction" to fossil fuels.

At this point of our technology there is no "alternative energy"; the choice is simply burn fossil fuels, or die. Do you want to leave this decision in the hand's of people whose philosophy is fundamentally based in man-hatred?

What?! Obviously we all will choose our own rewards, but I would rather have a different reward to my senses and I think a very sensual kiss is a wonderful thing to be rewarded with.
